Our Services

Assessment and Evaluation

When a behavioral disorder may be present, and in cases where symptoms are reported, an assessment or evaluation is needed by a professional to determine the primary cause. Symptoms we often hear may include fatigue, insomnia, pain, anxiety, or feelings of being overwhelmed. Everyone’s symptoms and behaviors will vary, but often exhibiting these signs may be an indicator that a diagnosis and treatment is needed for an individual to live a fully functional daily life.

If you suffer from symptoms that you feel are strong indicators of a behavioral disorder, don’t minimize or ignore them. Call Catalyst Health & Wellness and schedule an appointment with one of our trained professionals.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is one of the most common forms of counseling. There are many occasions and behaviors which may trigger one’s need to see a counselor including depression, anxiety, chemical dependency, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and other psychological issues. One might also be dealing with a traumatic event including the loss of a loved one, significant other disputes, challenges pertaining to a child or parent, and educational problems.

Individual counseling takes place one-on-one, and focuses on an individual’s issues.

Marriage & Family Counseling

Marriage and family counseling takes place when more than one member of a family come together to meet with a therapist. During such sessions, we are able to identify complex relationship dynamics and offer an opportunity for exploring alternative choices. Listening is encouraged, as it is very important for each family member to have a voice in the process.
