Behavioral Health Services

Assessment & Evaluation

When a behavioral disorder may be present, and in cases where symptoms are reported, an assessment or evaluation is needed by a professional to determine the primary cause. Symptoms we often hear may include fatigue, insomnia, pain, anxiety, or feelings of being overwhelmed. Everyone’s symptoms and behaviors will vary, but often exhibiting these signs may be an indicator that a diagnosis and treatment is needed for an individual to live a fully functional daily life.

If you suffer from symptoms that you feel are strong indicators of a behavioral disorder, don’t minimize or ignore them. Call Catalyst Health & Wellness and schedule an appointment with one of our trained professionals.
